  • Paul received his LLB from St. John’s University School of Law in 1966 after earning a BS degree in Accounting from Long Island University in 1963. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1967 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

    Paul’s area of concentration is commercial litigation, including business matters, employment contracts, construction, real estate, zoning and religious land use rights.

    Paul has served as lead counsel in multiple cases where he has assembled and managed teams of attorneys to litigate specialized complex litigation. Paul also handles the business arrangements and transactions of his clients, who include businessmen, members of the healthcare professions, contractors, real estate developers and owners. He prepares agreements to form partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, and employment relationships, as well as handling the purchase and sales of real estate, businesses and healthcare practices. He has negotiated and closed countless real estate transactions, mortgage loans, and business ventures for clients.

    Paul regularly appears before zoning boards and commissions of various municipalities for commercial, religious and residential real estate projects. He has the unique experience of serving his clients from the initial formation of their businesses through litigation of subsequent business disputes.

    As an active member of the Rockland County Bar Association, Paul is the Chairperson of the Commercial and Corporate Law Committee, gives CLE lectures in commercial and corporate litigation, and also authors an article published monthly concerning commercial litigation and corporate issues of interest.

    Paul is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and became a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association in 1977.

  • Joseph was admitted to practice law in New York in 1993. He has extensive litigation experience and focuses on all phases of commercial litigation, including business matters, construction, land use, and employment contracts.

    Joseph graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1990 with a BA in political science, and received a Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 1993.

    Joseph served as an intern in the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office, and as a law clerk for acting Supreme Court Justices William K. Nelson and Robert R. Meehan.

    Prior to joining the firm, Joseph was a member of a nationally recognized Wall Street law firm, where he worked for ten years representing public companies and concentrating in complex litigation.

    Joseph is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

    He is a member of the Rockland County Bar Association, including the Commercial Litigation and Law Committee.

  • Mark has over 25 years experience in tax assessment reduction litigation. He has litigated approximately 1,500 proceedings on behalf of commercial property owners throughout the Hudson Valley region.

    Mark has been the featured speaker at seminars sponsored by the Bar Association for fellow attorneys on the topic of commercial property tax litigation, and has served as Chairman of the Rockland County Bar Association’s sub-committee on tax assessment litigation.

    Mark represented a large municipality for a number of years, defending between 75 and 100 commercial property tax assessment challenges per year, which included properties assessed at up to $100,000,000, including apartment buildings, office buildings, warehouses, retail strips, motels and the like.

    Mark received his Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern Law School, and was admitted to the New York bar in 1975. He served as a Judge in Rockland County for 12 years.

    While past results are no guarantee of future success, Mark has obtained assessment reductions in the vast majority of his cases.

  • Susan was admitted to practice law in New York in 1981. She has extensive litigation experience, with a focus on commercial litigation, including business matters, construction, employment contracts, zoning, and religious land use rights.

    Susan also does Appellate work and has successfully litigated numerous appeals in New York’s Federal and State courts.

    Susan graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1970 with a BA in English, and attended St. John’s University School of Law.

    Susan is admitted to practice in the courts of the state of New York, U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

    Susan is a founding member of the Rockland County Women’s Bar Association and served for many years on the Grievance Committee of the Rockland County Bar Association. She is a board member of the Rockland County Legal Aid Society.

    Susan has taught several Continuing Legal Education classes.

  • Donna was admitted to practice law in New York in 1998. She has extensive experience in commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and general litigation.

    Donna graduated Cum Laude from American University in 1993 with a BA in Psychology and Jewish Studies, and studied at Tel Aviv University.

    Donna received her Juris Doctor degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997, which she attended with a full academic scholarship, and where she served as a member of its Law Review, achieved Dean’s List each eligible semester, received the Corpus Juris Secundum award in real property law and served as a Dean’s Fellow teaching writing skills.

    Donna served as a Legal Intern for the Hon. Ira B. Warshawsky, New York State District Court, Hempstead, New York, and as a Legal Intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Miami, Florida.

    Prior to joining the firm, Donna worked for ten years at the New York City offices of international law firms concentrating in complex commercial litigation.

    Donna is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

  • Andrew was admitted to practice law in New York in 1986 in New Jersey in 1988, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

    Andy has extensive experience in all phases of real property law, represents buyers, sellers, and various lenders and relocation companies in their residential real estate closing transactions throughout greater New York and New Jersey.

    Andy graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1981 with a BA degree, and received his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1985.

  • James was admitted to practice law in New York in 1976. He has extensive experience in commercial and general litigation in State and Federal Courts, including bankruptcy and real estate litigation. Jim also has litigation experience in software licensing and related IP/IT protection agreements, computer law, E-commerce and IP litigation, trademark prosecution, copyright compliance, domain name, DMCA, and web and software related litigation and enforcement.

    Jim graduated Jersey City State College with a B.A. degree in Psychology and Biochemistry in 1972, and received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law in 1976. At Rutgers School of Law, Jim was Editor-In-Chief of its Journal of Computers and Law.

    Since 1976, Jim has worked as a Commercial Litigator and Senior Intellectual Property Attorney in New York City and surrounding counties.

    Jim is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
